General Conference (Nov. 4, 2011 Item 5.13) recommended: •Recommended implementation of The Seoul Agenda by Member States
•Requested Director General to support a 3rd World Conference on Arts Education
•Decided to proclaim an annual International Arts Education Week (the fourth week of May)
