INTRODUCTION
The aim of the competition is the win, which has been making the man strong for more than 1000 years.
To win is the aim of competition, which has been building men strong for more than 1000 years. However, our ancestors’ experience showed that the formation of the strong man at the expense of the well balanced man damages the value of the athlete / person and limits the depth of the Art itself.
Never underestimate the competition value which is essential for the growth of the athlete and represents the hard moment of truth when abilities are estimated.
Competition is indispensable to the athlete who wants to improve because it gives him the chance to verify the effectiveness of the techniques learnt
It’s a means of approaching technique perfection and not a real contest with an opponent
This way free attacks become constructive and the competition aim isn’t to beat the opponent any more but rather to improve with him.
Following the chivalrous spirit of ancient warriors, the common goal of the martial art is the improvement of knowledge.
