Thomas and Betts Corp focus on employee education where it is a requirement or provision in finding a suitable person for a position, at Ericsson, they focusing on matching problem
with expertise that they store at database and send notification about who expertise at the topic with the problem
to the requester. At Texaco almost same with Ericsson but Texaco more like a forum there you can ask your solution or question about your
problem to who expertise that topic where related to your problem. And the last is The Lab Morgan, Lab Morgan
focusing on history of all of the feedback from a problem that they receive and they learn from the previous expertise there
similar with the problem they had now.
Texaco system was better than the other, because Texaco system like forum so people can join and discuss to solve a problem. So
no just one person knowledge just share but everyone who give opinion to that topic
