BEACH & POOL TOWELSTowels are available on the ground level in our outdoor locker rooms. You must sign a towel card. Please return the towels before 8:00pm. When you return your towels the towel card is returned to you and serves as your receipt. After 8:00pm, any unreturned towels will incur a fee of $35.00 per towel.

UMBRELLA AND BEACH CHAIRSOur beach attendants will set up chairs and umbrellas for registered guests. One shared umbrella per two chairs will be arranged for the day.

POOL CHAIRSChairs are set up around the pool for our guests on a first come, first served basis. Only guests with wristbands are permitted on the pool deck. There are no umbrellas provided.

ACTIVITIESPlease refer to our Activities Board or the Front Desk for the daily list of activities for our guests.

RAINY DAYSIn case of inclement weather, Ocean Place Resort will offer movies, board games for children under 12, and other fun without sun activities!

FOOD & BEVERAGEWe invite our guests to enjoy the many outlets Ocean Place offers for your dining pleasure. Outside food and beverage is not permitted at our pools, beach, or resort public spaces.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Ocean Place Resort & Spa is the holder of a New Jersey State Liquor License. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the resort and outside beverages are prohibited. The property reserves the right to confiscate any outside alcoholic beverages to be returned to the guest upon departure. The City of Long Branch prohibits alcohol from crossing the boardwalk/promenade. Our beaches do have liquor service via the Hotel’s staff. Alcoholic Beverages are available at the Beach Bar, the Pool Bar on the Mezzanine Level, and the Seaview Lounge off the lobby. All of our lounges offer menus for your dining pleasure.

Getting Around the ResortTips for Enjoying Your Stay

TAXES, FEES, AND AUTHORIZATIONSThe following are added to the daily rate: 6.625% New Jersey Sales Tax, 8% Local Occupancy Tax, a $30.00 Resort Charge and an authorization of $100.00 per day for incidentals.

CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD USEA credit card is required to check into the hotel for taxes, fees and incidentals. An authorization will be taken immediately, with an incidental hold of $100.00 per day. Upon check out, the balance of your stay will be charged. Any unused portion of the authorization will release once the pending transaction finalizes. This may take 3 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

WRISTBANDSWristbands are your passport to the beach and the pool deck. They are issued to hotel guests daily in our Outdoor Locker Room.

CHECK OUT IS 11:00AM Please feel free to use all of the resort facilities and amenities after you check out. The front desk will be happy to hold your luggage until you leave. Shower facilities and lockers are available at our outdoor Locker Room (to the left of the Tiki Bar behind Ice Tiki). We cannot accommodate late check outs.

INTERNET / WIFIComplimentary wireless internet is available in your room, the lobby, and around the pool. Guests can log on to OPRS Public, no password is needed.

WE ARE A SMOKE-FREE PROPERTYOur rooms are completely non-smoking, including the balconies. A $400.00 Smoking Abatement Fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in the room.

PETS ARE WELCOMEA pet fee of $150.00 plus applicable taxes will be added to your bill. Pets are only permitted in rooms on the second floor with a maximum of 2 pets per room.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICESDaily Housekeeping Service is included. Your room will be serviced between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you choose to hang a Do Not Disturb sign we will not service the room. If you remove the sign after 5:00 PM our staff can remove trash and offer clean towels upon request.
