Teacher

• A teacher is a teacher. Yep, you deal with them every day, so this should be self-explanatory.

• Different Types: Mr. H, Mr. Gubeno, Mrs. Sturm (Johnson), Ms. Lee, or a Mr. Klingbiel, etc.

• Don’t mind kids. Sure, they’ll grate on your nerves from time to time, but it’s cool.

• I like teaching people new things. Always have.

• I like the look on someone’s face when I’ve just helped them in some sort of way.

Why I’d be good at this

After College• Once I’m done with college I will…• Finding a higher job that will pay more than some

other job at McDonalds• Then work for a few years at one place so the

money I make increases• This way I can work with the same kids and stay in

one place and be comfortable where I'm working at.

CMU• To get intoYou need to have a 3.3 GPA and at least a 22.3

average on your ACT.• I picked CMU cause they just built a new

education building in 2009 that’s basically state of the art.

• I believe I might be able to get a minority scholarship, but I sure as heck need more.

• I’ve had to work with little kids in middle and high school. I even help my younger cousins with some things, basic stuff, like life problems.

• I read to 5th graders when I was a freshman. I was chosen out of my class, along with 4 other students.

• I always try and think of new ways to help others out, whether or not they know if it’s me, or even if I’m indirectly helping them.

Experience

• I know I’ll either do something with these things that you’re reading this off right now, or maybe English, or even Social Studies; I’m not entirely sure.

• I want at least a 3.5 GPA, but these new teachers are making it a REAL beach.

• Possibly working with younger kids more.• Go to classes and destroy them.• Getting a job would be nice too.
