PCC-PPP Project Overview
• €2.25 billion Infrastructure Stimulus Package - 17July
2012.
• Budget announced €115 million.
• HSE appointed Design Teams to bring 16 sites through
planning process.
• Project now defined and will be delivered as a single
bundle of 14 sites with planning permissions in place.
• Sites geographically spread across 4 HSE regions.

Planning & DAC secured on all 14 sites.
ITN issued to shortlisted candidates September 2014.
Consultation process with shortlisted candidates underway.
Tender return expected Q1 2015

Service Commencement for each location will be on a phased basis.
Operational Lease
• 43 centres currently in operation
• AFL signed for 30 locations
• 5 currently in construction
• LOI’s issued for 25 locations
• 73 locations included in new notice seeking
expressions of interest
Main Requirements in Operational
Lease
• Minimum number of GP’s operating from the PCC
• Requirement for the developer/landlord to maintain the
facility for the duration of the lease
• Rent reviews linked to CPI
