• Rehabilitating a section of “Old Fort” to bring underground and surface infrastructure up to current standards

Water Reservoir Lifecycle Renewal

• $56,250 - Design

• Renewal of the water reservoir infrastructure over the next 3 years

Sump Pump Retrofit Program

• $300,000 - Construction

• Connecting homes to storm services to protect public and private property from water damage

Water Meter Replacement Project

• $2,900,000 (over 3 years) – Design & Construction

• Remote monitoring and monthly billing, includes meters and tower system

Point Aux Pins Road Upgrade

River Road Re-Alignment

Clover Park Secondary Access
