I am pleased to write this recommendation letter for Ms. VU Diem Thanh. She was an intern

at Financial and Accounting Department in International Dairy Joint Stock Company (IDP) - a

company specialized in dairy products with trade activities in Vietnam and international

markets. As her supervisor, I have observed Ms. VU’s professional development as a

motivated, responsible and trustworthy person.

In the internship period, Ms. VU Diem Thanh worked as a financial assistant who was given

responsibility in tasks involved finance and investment. To be more specific, she was in

charge of checking accounting records, participating in the economic contracts elaboration

process, assisting in the production of financial statements - reports - correspondence and

inputting accounting data into the accounting system with accuracy. Ms. VU has

demonstrated ability to work in a busy office environment that often demands high levels of

concentration. With her diligence and organizational skills, she worked independently and

accomplished multiple tasks on schedule. Moreover, she not only applied acquired

knowledge at university into real work tasks but also expressed eagerness to enhance more

skills such as the application of accounting software and the compilation of a business report.

With my guidance and other colleagues’ instructions, Ms. VU achieved significant progress in

professional skills. Through her impressive performance, I can recognize her passion and

enthusiasm for economic - finance fields.

In terms of interpersonal skills, I was particularly impressed by her strong communication

skills. Ms. VU Diem Thanh can communicate confidently with foreign partners with her

fluent English skills. Besides, she has established good relationships with her colleagues.

Especially, when she took part in preparation for the products exhibition, she showed

competence to work well in a team and inspire spirit among teammates. She collaborated
