released in advance after singing of Memorandum of

Understanding.

30% of the sanctioned amount shall be released after receipt

of Utilisation Certificate and interim progress report.

completion report along with Utilisation Certificate for the

Sanctioned amount.

Computerized Driving Skill Test for LMVs & HMVs

taken to complete each test.

• Computes deviations, average speed, number of reverses

and forwards.
