Appointment of Investigation Officer
Central Government may appoint personsh i ti i th fi ld fhaving expertise in the fields ofinvestigations, cyber forensics, financialaccounting management accounting costaccounting, management accounting, costaccounting and any other fields as may benecessary for the efficient discharge ofy gSerious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO)functions.
Condition for Appointment of Investigation Officer Investigation Officer
Central Government may before appointing an inspector under sub-section (3) of section 210, require the applicant to give a security notexceeding twenty-five thousand rupees for payment of the costs andexpenses of investigation as per the criteria given below-

Terms and conditions of appointment of Director shall be governed bythe deputation rules under the Central Staffing Scheme of Governmentthe deputation rules under the Central Staffing Scheme of Governmentof India;
Terms and conditions of service of experts other officers and employeesTerms and conditions of service of experts, other officers and employeesfrom the Central Government or the State Government or Union territoryGovernment, Public Sector Undertaking, Autonomous Bodies and suchother organizations shall be as per the recruitment rules which may beot e o ga at o s s a be as pe t e ec u t e t u es c ay beduly notified by the Central Government under article 309 of theConstitution of India;
