accordance with the policies.
Use of the channel entertainment related audio, video production and
equipment shall be limited to Indus Vision employees under supervision
of General Manager.

Programming RestrictionsMTV Pakistan will not broadcast the programming containing the
following:
Explicit content & Pirated content is outclassed
Linguistically inappropriate content
Ideas that are strongly vetoed by Pakistani community
Content that has emphasis on physically revealing individuals
Copyrighted material will not be broadcasted unless written proof of
clearance can be presented to the principal
Other programming which is otherwise prohibited by the law
Branding OptionsMTV Networks branding options are implemented globally and cover
but are not limited to:
All elements of branding will include a production / branding cost.
The integrity of the screen will be universal across the Viacom
Networks, thus there will be no Placement of logo’s and P.I.P or Scrolls.
Brand imagery / creative will not be placed on main backdrops /
Green Screens / projections.

Product placement to be implemented with subtle execution and at
the discretion of the localized franchise.
Subtle execution of product pointers within the flow of script and
without usage of brand identifiable nomenclature.

limited to MTV Pakistan employees under supervision of General
Manager.
Program Review The management preserves the right to preview all programs prior to
broadcast to determine compliance with fore mentioned guidelines,
objectives and restrictions.
In the case of conditional approval, program may be deemed
appropriate, except for the technical deficiencies or stated objectionable
or offensive program portion which will be listed as needing revision or
deletion from the program.
Sponsorship of program will derive option of meeting all the
specified change or withdrawing program from consideration
altogether.

of channel’s CEO or designee.
