Sustainable Development for Tourism involves trade-offs between today’s and tomorrow’s tourism (economic, environment, culture)

Hence, there is a need to assess the extent of the trade-offs.

For instance:How much more of today’s resources

can we use in order to generate jobs, income and foreign exchange without depriving the future generation of their ability to enjoy the same or even better quality of life?
