New CCEU Certificate Policy

• Certificates will be emailed out based on attendance report from webinar; there is no longer a need to email a request.

• However, if you attend the webinar by phone, email the ICF Content Coordinator with the 2 passwords mentioned at the start and end of program to receive your certificate.

• Please allow up to 1 week from the event to receive your certificate.

• If for some reason you did not receive your certificate within a week but did attend the session live, email ICF Content Coordinator with the passwords to receive your certificate.
