A* Indication Treatment of psychoses, particularly acute or chronic schizophrenia disorders characterized by positive symptoms(e.g. delusion, hallucinations, thought disorders) and/or negative symptoms(e.g. blunted emotions, emotional and social withdrawal) including when the negative symptoms predominate Dose Predominantly negative episodes: 50-300 mg once daily adjusted according to the patient’s response.
