EVENT DETAILS Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venturers are all invited to this fun event. Watch a double feature of popular films under the stars and camp out overnight at the drive-in! This year’s movies will be Hotel Transylvania 3 and Jurassic Park: Fallen Kingdom.

REGISTRATION Register online at http://www.trcscouting.org/Event.aspx?id=12620 Ticket price: $15 for youth and adults through October 10 ($17 beginning 10/11) Admission includes a free bag of popcorn for each participant

CHECK-IN • Check in will begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday. Gates will not open until 2:00 PM in

order to allow theater staff and district volunteers to set up for the event. Please do not arrive early. You will have plenty of time to set up.

• Cars will be parked at the theater. Overflow parking will be available at Algonquin Middle School (1 mile away), if necessary. Please car pool to reduce the number of vehicles parked on site at the theater. Trailers are not needed or permitted on site.

FOOD No open flames are permitted for cooking. We encourage everyone to take advantage of the great selection of dinner and snack items available at the theater concession stand. Enjoy pizza, burgers, hot dogs, and a wide assortment of great theater food!

BE PREPARED • Don’t forget your tent & sleeping bag to stay overnight. • This is a “rain or shine” event and it is likely to get cool after the sun goes down.

Dress appropriately for the weather with warm layers and bring rain gear.

EVENT GUIDELINES • Follow the Scout Oath and Law at all times• No open flames are permitted on site. (No campfires or cook stoves)
