Pressure Detection Advantages
1 Principle of detection: Punch force exerted on rollers and the roller force is measured by the sensor. No need for conversion of the signal. The value displays on the screen directly

Machine Guide Rails
Precision guide rails control the movement path of upper and lower punches.
All the filling rails use cosine curve and added lubrication points, which extends the useful life. Also reducing the punch abrading and noise.
All the cams, guide rails are processed by CNC, trilinear coordinate measuring instrument, which guarantee the precision of helicoid and even curve arcs resulting in guaranteed stable punch movement.

Machines are equipped with different guide rail sets for thick and light tablets pressing. Guide rails change over is easily done in less than an hour.
Equipped with guide rails auto recognition device. The guide rails are recognized automatically after installation. Position of dosing guide rails and press rollers are automatically adjusted to a safe position if the wrong guides are installed.
