cent increase over last year's en­rollment, and 33 of 55 West Vir­ginia counties represented, Glen­ville State College opened it's 76th term with a total of 477 students, as compared to last year's 432.

As usual, the freshman class has the largest number with 202. This. marks the third time since 1935 that the freshman enrollment has exceeded 200 first-term students. Twenty-one of this number are vet-
