Aaron Criddle manages Main Harbor Store, Sea Tow, and Main Harbor
Marina. He is around the harbor nearly everyday and has a feel for its
special connection to the reservoir. Knowing every slip renter by name

We are open Monday – Thursday 10 to 6 and
Friday – Sunday 9 to 7. Main Harbor Store has 3
boat lifts for a pontoon or ski boat for sale from
$2,500 to $5,200 on E pier and M Pier. Payment
plan is available (call for details).
Stop by Main Harbor Store and get your Sea Tow memberships. Sea Tow
covers you 24/7 with anything from towing your boat to gas drops. Re-
member if you have a Sea Tow membership, you get ten cents a gallon
off of our ethanol free gas at Main Harbor Store. Also if you rent a boat
slip from Main Harbor Marina, you get $20 off memberships starting at
$99 per year. This discount is only good at Main Harbor Store.

Important Notice:
All trailers and vehicles not in driving condition WILL BE REMOVED
from the parking lots on or around July 31st if not removed by the own-
ers. Trailer storage is available behind the old Boatworks building for
$35 a month. The PRV is being strict on the appearance of the Harbor.
Any dock boxes on A, B, C, & D Pier and on the main walkways must
be dock boxes that are approved by Main Harbor management. For
more information on trailer storage and/or approved dock boxes, call
Main Harbor Store at 601-853-0683.

Main Harbor’s Recipe of the Month
Peanut Butter and Fudge Pie Submitted by Pat Rogers
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup honey
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
9 oz. graham cracker pie crust
½ cup cashews, chopped and di-
vided
½ cup jar fudge topping, warmed
Garnish: whipped topping, additional warmed fudge topping and
chopped cashews
Combine peanut butter and honey, then stir in ice cream. Spoon
half of ice cream mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle with half of cash-
ews. Drizzle half of warmed fudge topping over cashews, then
spoon remaining ice cream mixture over top. Sprinkle with remain-
ing cashews and drizzle with remaining fudge topping.
Freeze about 8 hours or until firm. Garnish with whipped topping,
additional warmed fudge topping and chopped cashews. Substi-
tute pecans for cashews if desired.
Serves 6-8
