The design is inspired by the timeless proportions of traditional houses. bere:architects employed an architectural narrative based on a clear hierarchy of elements and volumes which have been used throughout the layout and elevations, from the overall house dimensions to window openings and positioning.
BUILDING SKILL IN CRAFT
Educating through apprenticeships; advancing traditional craftsmanship.Our Course provides practical experience in sustainable building crafts and an opportunity to gain a Heritage Skills NVQ 3. This year we piloted a course in green retrofit with Construction Skills and the National Trust.
We’re developing inventive new ways to help people reuse their household furnishings.We’ve shown how up cycling with recycled materials and sustainably sourced products can create beautiful and unique homes.
