1. Go to http://www.craigslist.org

2. Click on US

3. Click on City, Indianapolis

4. Click on Apts/Housing

5. Enter Keywords and Set Search Criteria Filters a. Use this list of negative keywords: -‐townhouse -‐townhome -‐apartment -‐

apartments -‐condo -‐realty -‐management -‐mobile –duplex b. Simply enter this list of negative keywords in the search box to REMOVE any

listings that include these words c. Enter Rent: min = 500 max = 900 d. Select: 2 bedroom and House type = House e. Click “Search”

6. Now the “filters are set” and you can collect leads. 7. Here is the Google Drive Spreadsheet that will be filled out.

8. On the spreadsheet I need: a. Column A = Listing Date b. Column B = Phone # from listing (must be in the FORMAT XXX-‐XXX-‐XXXX

including the dashes and make sure there is no extra space at the beginning and no extra space at the end)

c. Column C = no entry d. Column D = no entry e. Column E = Craigslist Listing Link (URL) f. Column F = Craigslist Title g. Column G = Email address from listing

i. Email address in the listing or ii. Craigslist email address assigned to the listing
