HapMaps: Proyecto Internacional HapMap
El objetivo del Proyecto Internacional HapMap es crear un mapa de haplotipos del genoma humano.
Que es un haplotipo?
• un haplotipo es un conjunto de polimorfismo de un solo nucleótido (SNPs) en un cromosoma particular que están estadísticamente asociados.
HapMaps
La construccion de HapMaps ocurre en 3 pasos: a-SNPs son identificados en el ADN de multiples individuos; b-SNPs adyacentes que se heredan “juntos” son compilados en un “haplotipo”; c-”Tag” SNPs dentro del haplotipo son identificados como los que identifican a ese haplotipo. Al genotipificar estos 3 tag SNPs, los investigadores pueden identificar cual de los 4 haplotipos tiene cada individuo .

• En la profase de m I: Leptotene, cigotene, paquitene, diplotene y diacinesis.
• Resultado: 4 celulas geneticamente distintas por: • Crossing Over • Distribucion aleatoria de Cr homologos
Recombinacion homologa en m I:• Ocurre antes de la separacion de cromosomas homologos en m I•Ocurre entre cromatidas no hermanas de cromosomas homologos•La recombinacion no-homologa es muy danina•Se requiere “espacio” (distancia) para generar la recombinacion•No se producen nuevos alelos.•Se producen nuevas combinaciones de alelos
