Beam Seats set the standard for in-line seating for intensive-use applications. Why? Because theyre

built to last, with powder coated tube steel frames, welded steel plate seat supports, washable

molded polyethylene seats, super heavy-duty glides and 9 tamper-resistant screws to hold each seat

in place.

Other than washing them down with soap and water, you should never have to think about them

again.

SAFETY AND COMFORT

With or without divider arms, the individually molded seats defi ne a single seating area and deter

people from using them as a couch. Rotationally molded from specially formulated fi re-retardant

high-impact polyethylene, the seats are unaffected by most chemicals and cleaning solutions. Choose

seat colors from slate blue, buff, fog grey, blue grey, plum or teal with standard black powder coat

frames.

INSTITUTIONAL TOUGH

2 diameter 14 gauge steel tube creates the framework for this defi ned-space seating. Full

circumference welds at every joint and no nuts, bolts or rivets to loosen or fall apart. Each seat

has molded-in threaded inserts and is attached with nine security screws to an 11 gauge steel seat

support.

ADAPTABLE

The frames are available with heavy-duty adjustable glides or with bolt-down tabs. Specify up to fi ve

abreast seats, then attach a corner table to design L or U shapes.

Using end tables, corner tables or intermediate table tops in place of a seat allows you to create all types of confi gurations to fi t any size seating area.

INTEGRA SERIES

For over 20 years, Integra chairs has set the standard in correctional institutions throughout the U.S.

They are specifi cally designed for intensive use applications, yet lightweight. Theyre molded in one piece

so you dont have to worry about dangerous wood or metal components coming loose. Theyre stackable

and they pass the rigid California Technical Bulletin #133 Flammability Test.

INTEGRA ARMLESS CHAIR

This chair withstands a static load test of over 400 lbs. due to its unique leg shape and 1 1/2

deep X ribs molded into the seat bottom. Each chair weighs only 7 lbs; stacking 15 of them

in a seven foot high space is easily accomplished. All Integra chairs are molded from high-

impact grade copolymer polypropylene with fi re retardant additives. Integra Arm and Armless

are both available in six appealing colors.

INTEGRA ARM CHAIR

The Integra Arm Chair features an unique overlapping arm design which allows effortless

interlocking for set-up simplicity. Obviously, they can also be used singly in numerous

applications throughout dining areas, waiting rooms, dayrooms, offi ces, training rooms,

auditoriums and health care areas. At 9.7 lbs. each, 15 of these chairs easily stack in

just six and a half feet of space.

INTEGRA LOUNGE CHAIR

For simple relaxation, reading a book or TV viewing, you cant beat the durability

and comfort of the Integra Lounge Chair. Each chair weighs 13 lbs. and you can

easily stack 10 of them in just under six feet of space. The Lounge Chair is readily

available from stock in Fog Grey and can be ordered with an optional 15 high mini-

Maximum Seating delivers maximum durability in an attractive, variable-length bench seating series

you can customize to fi t almost any requirement.

VERSATILITY

Ideal for either indoor or outdoor use, Maximum Seating incorporates UV stabilizers to prevent fading

from the elements and direct sunlight. For indoor applications the polypropylene ribs are formulated

with fi re retardant additives to pass the rigid California TB-133 Flammability test.

The individual ribs and the combinations of frame and rib colors allow maximum choice in length,

number of seats, and whether or not to use divider or end arms.

DURABILITY

The rugged 2 diameter, 14 gauge steel tube frame is welded to 2-1/2 x 3/8 steel bar stock that

forms the sled base. The standard outdoor fi nish includes zinc-plating and factory applied powder

coat paint. The high-impact polypropylene ribs are individually injection molded to allow for multiple

confi gurations and simple replacement in case of damage or vandalism. Benches typically ship pre-

assembled and pre-drilled so they can easily be bolted in place.

STYLE

Gracefully curved rib design for comfortable seating. In addition, the ribs do not absorb heat or cold

like other types of benches, so sitting down is comfortable, fi rst time, all the time.

The Roto-Mold Series are chairs designed and built to take on the harsh treatment encountered in tough

institutional environments. These chairs are rotationally molded in one-piece from specially formulated

fi re retardant, high-impact polyethylene with UV stabilizers to reduce fading. Available in six appealing

standard colors, most Roto-Mold chair products can be ganged together, bolted-down or weighted on-site

for added security.

TOUGHCARE LOUNGE CHAIR

The Toughcare Lounge Chair is designed to be used as a stand-alone arm chair or ganged together in

straight-line or arc confi gurations. They can also be bolted in-place to the fl oor or weighted with sand

ballast. The Toughcare chair is ergonomically designed for comfort and completely washabl. Molded-in

threaded inserts permit optional tamper resistant side-to-side and back-to-back ganging.

contoured foam is covered with good looking, super-tough 600,000 cycle extended life fabric that

has a stain resistant anti-microbial Tefl on fi nish. Choose from eight attractive upholstery colors or

in correctional and mental health facilities. The strength of polycarbonate combined with a solid, full

foam backing and a unique steel frame design ensures these mirrors are the sturdiest, most tamper-

resistant mirrors on the market.

ELIMINATING BLIND SPOTS

DuraVision mirrors were designed to ensure the safety of facility, staff, inmates and patients. When

used in cells and other critical locations, DuraVision mirrors permit staff the opportunity to observe

blind corners and intersections without putting themselves or others in harms way.

BEHIND THE REFLECTION

Most convex mirrors you see in commercial establishments are made from acrylic. When tested to

withstand impact, theyll be the fi rst to break into knife-like shards. Our polycarbonate mirrors, with

pure refl ective silver sealed in layers of protective coatings, are premium 3mm grade with a tensile

strength of 9,400 psi. To further enhance the strength, we completely fi ll the cavity behind the mirror

with high-density water blown urethane foam to limit the compression distance, thus eliminating the

possibility of breakage from a severe blow.

FILLING A NICHE

Once you identify the blind spot, its a simple matter of selecting the DuraVision mirror best suited

to the task. The half dome mirror is usually the right choice for isolation rooms or cells in order to

observe blind corners to the right or left of the entry door. The 360 visibility of a full dome can be used

effectively in open areas or at four way intersections or as a refl ector with CCTV equipment. Youll fi nd

the quarter dome effi cient and appropriate for corners and L intersections. We even offer a shallow

profi le wall-mount mirror for those areas where mounting against the ceiling doesnt make sense.

To make sure they stay in place, the DuraVision mirror perimeter is fully enclosed
