Goals of the project: -Construction of hubs, base points in the Northern Sea Route. -Construction of transport and forwarding facilities in the sea port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. -Promotion of trade and economic relations between Russia, Pacific Rim countries and Europe countries via intensification of cross-continental cargo flows.
