STREAM & THE NEXT STEPSTREAM & THE NEXT STEP
• The main purpose of STEP is to utilise the experience, results, partnership alliances and the relationships built up with support and user groups established from STREAM
• The problem being tackled is the need to develop an accessible course that is easy to follow and one that is accredited in an academic framework but still practical for those on the ground.
• The course looks at 10 lessons in the essential of HR
• Available in English, German, Greek, Slovak and Spanish.

• STEP can be further developed and is plans for Phase 3 under discussion;
• Applicable to new countries (sectors)
• Quarterly articles in Hotel & Catering Review
• Advisory and consultations with industry role
