Freeman Athletic Center – Bacon Fieldhouse – North Elevation

Scope, Typical for north, south and west elevations: Remove all existing horizontal and vertical caulk joints by carefully cutting out joints and backer rod on north, south and west elevations of the Bacon Fieldhouse. Install new backer and silicone caulk per manufacturer’s recommendations for a clean , watertight finish. Provide color samples for Owner selection.

Repair bird holes in the two center pilasters on the south elevation wall; remove any nests and/or hatchlings. Repair per manufacturers instructions. Patch breaches in EFIS. Finish and texture to match existing as close as possible. Provide samples to Owner for selection.Protect lower roof during performance of the work from penetrations.

Freeman Athletic Center – Bacon Fieldhouse – West Elevation

Repair damaged west elevation wall of cracks and holes at tallest section between the adjacent vertical caulk joints and from roof line to grade, as shown; anchor and apply reinforcing mesh, finish and texture to match existing. Provide color samples for Owner selection. Reference scope on page 1 for other work.
