1 beaten egg2 T oil

1 T baking powder½ tsp salt

1 c. milk (1/2 c. canned milk, ½ c. water)Sift together dry. Combine wet. Add to dry.

Stir until moist.

waffles2 ¼ c. flour, sifted4 tsp baking powder

¾ tsp salt1 ½ T sugar

Mix:

2 beaten eggs2 ¼ c. milk (1 ¼ c. water and 1 c. canned

milk)

½c. oilAdd wet and dry ingred.

apple puff pancakes6 eggs

1 ½ c. milk1 c. flour

3 T sugar1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp salt¼ tsp cinnamon

1 cube butter2 apples

3 T brown sugarPreheat 425. Mix eggs-cinnamon in

blender. Melt butter in 9x13. Add appleslices. Return to oven until butter sizzles.

Do not let brown. Pour batter over applesimmed. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake

20 min.

caramel syrup1 cube butter1 c. sugar (white or brown)

½ c. buttermilk1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanillaCombine. Boil.

german pancakes1 c. milk6 eggs

Beat in blender. Melt 6 T butter@ 400. Pour batter into sizzling

butter. Bake 425 x 15-20 min.

crepes1 c. flour, heaping3 eggs

fresh fruit syrup1 T butter

10 oz. bag frozen berries

½ tsp cinnamon

1 T cornstarch½ c. apple juice2 T maple syrup

Heat butter. Add fruit. Heat onlow until defrosted. Add cinn.

Simmer until syrupy. Addcornstarch, juice. Simmer until

desired thickness. Remove fromheat. Add syrup before serving.

salsa2 lg cans whole tomatoes

1 can El Patas tomato sauce

3 T sugar2 T vinegar1 tsp garlic salt

1 bunch cilantro, chopped1 can green chilies, diced

Drain juice from tomatoes. Blendin blender. Add rest of ingred.

tator tot casseroleBrown 1 lb burger. Drain. Mix 1can cream chicken soup. Put into

greased 9x13 lined with frozentator tots. Cook covered 350 x

20-30 min. Add grated cheese.

wacky cake2 c. sugar3 c. flour

6 rounded T cocoa1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda¾ c canola oil

2 T vinegar2 tsp vanilla

Mix dry ingred. Add wet. Add 2 c.water.

9x13. 350 for 30 min.

lemon squares1 c. butter (or marg)2 c. flour

1 ½ c. powdered sugardash of salt

Mix. Pat in 9x13 pan. 250 for 15min.

Filling:2 c. sugar

¼ c. flour4 eggs, well beaten

½ c. lemon juiceMix. Pour over crust. 350 x 25

min.

chocolate no-bakes2 c. sugar½ c. milk

1 cube marg3 T cocoa

Mix. Bring to boil x 1 ½ min.Remove from heat.

Add:½ c. peanut butter

3 c oatmeal (instant is best)1-2 tsp vanilla

tulupesBrown 2 lbs burger. Add:

1 lg can pork n’ beans1/3 c. water

½ c. catsup½ pkg taco seasoningSimmer.

Layer fritos, meat, cheese,lettuce, olives, sour cream.

meatloaf1 lb burger2 T dry onion soup mix

2/3 c. evaporated milk1 tsp dry mustard

4 T brown sugar4 T ketchup

Mix first 3 ingred. Press into pan. Combinebrown sugar, ketchup, mustard. Spoon on

top of meat. Bake 350 x 45.

vegetable soup4 c. veggies, taters, broccoli,carrots,onions

1 ½ tsp salt¼ tsp pepper

1/8 tsp dillweed2 c water

Boil x 15 min (until tender). Drain veggies,but save water.

Combine:

¼ c. margarine

¼ c. flour1 ½ c. cheddar cheese½ c. chicken broth

1 c. milkMelt marg. Add flour. Mix. Add broth, milk.

Heat until thick. Add cheese. Whenmelted, pour in water from veggies. Add

sauce to vegetables. Mix carefully.

banana bread½ c. butter

1 c. sugar2 eggs, well beaten

4 med size ripe bananas, well mashed2 c. flour

1 scant round tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp cinnamon¼ tsp nutmeg

Cream butter, sugar. Add eggs, thenmashed bananas. Sift dry ingred. Add.

Bake 350 x 50-60 min.
