General Project Description• Remodel 14,700 GSF in Hunt Arena and Knowles Center• 111,164 ASF/162,300 GSF of new building space as an integrated and unified addition to Hunt Arena and Knowles Physical Education and Recreation Center.• Provide plant to serve centralized heating / ventilation needs and cooling load for new space. Utilizing natural gas boilers and ground source heat pump system.
