Use/relationship

The presentation materials provide a permanent record of the material presented at meetings, conferences and reviews.

Copies of all material presented at a meeting, conference or review shall be made for all attendees. An updated copy of this material shall also be attached to the minutes.

Requirements:

FORMAT. Contractor format is acceptable.

CONTENT. The data package shall consist of copies of all viewgraphs, visual aids, and other materials presented by the contractor at meetings, conferences and reviews.
