How did you attract/address your audience?

To attract audiences to my magazine, the first thing that they will look at the front cover. On my front cover I have used colours that pop on the cover this draws audience. These colours include red, black and white. For example, I have used black and red font on the white background that is used in my colour scheme of the magazine.

Another way that I have attracted audiences through my front cover is the use of headlines. The headlines that I have used on the front cover feature popular artists are already in today’s world this will attract people that are in to rap and hip hop.

the contents page is very similar this features a image of artist that is dressed in a cool skater look which is a modern day style for the genre rap and hip hop

For my double page spread I have a bio on a you hip hop artist, this might attract a young audience because it features someone successful that is within a similar age group however the language used in there is quite serious so this could attract a more older and mature reader.
