INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA RÉDACTION DES RÉSUMÉS POUR LES COMMUNICATIONS LIBRES
ATTENTION : date limite de soumission 27 septembre 2019 - Les résumés sont à adresser à [email protected] résumé de votre communication devra comporter 300 mots au maximum, en français de préférence, ou en anglais.
MISE EN PAGE : 1 • Utiliser la police de caractère Times New Roman, corps 11, en simple interligne (à défaut Arial 11),2 • Titre en majuscule, indiquant clairement le sujet de la communication, sans abréviation3 • Sous le titre, en majuscule, initiale du prénom et nom des auteurs (souligner le nom de l’auteur qui présentera la communication)4 • Sous les noms, indiquer institutions et adresses (référencées par numéro aux auteurs)5 • Mentionner 2 ou 3 mots-clés6 • Sauter une ligne avant le début du résumé.
CONTENU :Le résumé doit être informatif, structuré et, pour les travaux originaux, se conformer au format suivant : Objectifs / Méthodes / Résultats / ConclusionEviter les graphiques, tableaux, figures et références bibliographiquesTout le texte doit être saisi en minuscule, justifié à gauche (seule, la première lettre de chaque phrase est saisie en majuscule).Les abréviations peuvent être utilisées à condition d’être explicitées lors de leur première apparition dans le texte.Un chiffre en début de phrase doit être écrit en toutes lettres. Les auteurs seront, par ailleurs, invités à proposer un article in extenso sur leur sujet, article destiné à être publié dans la revue de la SFP, « Phlébologie Annales Vasculaires ». Cet article devra être écrit de préférence en français, mais les textes en anglais seront acceptés. Si votre résumé est selectionné, vous serez convoqué pour la session des communications libres le vendredi 6 décembre. Vous devez être impérativement inscrit au congrès pour que votre communication soit acceptée définitivement.

DE QUOI S’AGIT-IL ?La séquence flash est un module d’une durée de 90 secondes maximum, vous en trouverez de nombreux exemples sur notre site web. Il s’agit d’une opportunité (gratuite), ouverte à tous les membres de la SFP, mais également aux sponsors, de faire passer un message, qui ne doit en aucun cas être un message publicitaire.
SUJET Le sujet doit avoir un lien avec la Phlébologie, apportant des données scientifiques, pratiques ou techniques, Tips and Tricks...
OBJECTIFS Permettre aux membres de la SFP de faire passer des messages courts, des idées novatrices ou des aides et des améliorations à la pratique courante... Permettre aux sociétés commerciales de faire passer des messages utiles, d’apporter une contribution scientifique ou technique, de créer une émulation entre les concurrents et d’entretenir le partenariat.
CANDIDATS1 • Chirurgiens ou médecins membres de la SFP2 • Représentants de l’industrie sponsors de la SFP.
La participation est gratuite, mais l’auteur doit être membre de la SFP ou et pour les industriels, partenaires du congrès SFP. L’auteur doit s’inscrire au congrès SFP de décembre.
FORMATLe format peut être une présentation ppt avec transitions automatisées (de préférence format 16/9), ou mieux sous vidéo, un dessin d’animation ou une vidéo commentée, de 90 secondes maximum. Un musique de fond est autorisée à condition qu’elle soit libre de droit. Les références de la musique devront impérativement apparaître en début ou fin de séquence flash. En cas de séquence flash réalisée par un sponsor, seule la présence du logo du sponsor est autorisée en début et fin de séquence flash. L’auteur reste le seul responsable du contenu informatif et scientifique de sa séquence flash.
OÙ ET QUAND ENVOYER LA SÉQUENCE FLASH ?En amont du congrès, les séquences devront être envoyées à [email protected] La date limite pour envoyer les séquences flash est le 7 octobre 2019Utilisez Wetransfer pour faciliter l’envoi et la réception des fichiers.
DÉROULEMENT :Un comité technique sera chargé de valider la conformité de la séquence flash selon les critères énoncés ci-dessus. En cas de refus l’auteur sera informé et pourra mettre en conformité sa séquence flash, attention cependant la deadline est également valable pour les envois de séquences flash corrigées.

Chers amis,
La prochaine édition du congrès annuel de la SFP se déroulera du 5 au 7 décembre 2019 au Pullman Paris Centre Bercy, sous la présidence de Jean-Jérôme Guex et avec la présence de nombeux invités d’honneur, dont le Pr André van Rij de Nouvelle Zélande.
Nous rendrons hommage au Pr FA Allaert, ancien vice-Président de la SFP et Rédacteur en Chef de notre revue Phlébologie, qui nous a quittés brutalement en juin dernier.
Nous accueillons cette année le Venous Forum of The Royal Society of Medicine ainsi qu’une session Franco-Russo-Polonaise, qui montrent toujours notre attachement à l’International.Des sessions denses et variées vous promettent des discussions passionnantes et des interventions riches : actualité sur la thrombose veineuse, plaies cicatrisation, glue en phlébologie, phlébologie et esthétique, l’homme en phlébologie, progrès et futur en phlébologie, syndrome de congestion pelvienne, les bonnes pratiques, les bonnes indications en phlébologie, sclérose et thrombose, perforantes, hémorroïdes, gestion optimisée de l’ablation thermique et de ses complications, rupture hémorragique de varice…
A noter également le premier meeting des NRTCP UEMS le samedi 7 décembre.Les ateliers, les actualités syndicales, le forum, le cours d’écho-Doppler (cette année « la petite veine saphène »), la session Club mousse, la session didactique seront au rendez-vous et ne ratez surtout pas le festival des séquences flash et la session de nos YEP (Young European Phlebologists).De belles séances, des moments de partage, de discussion, de convivialité vous attendent, pour notre plus grand plaisir.

ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION FOR FREE COMMUNICATIONS:To be returned before to [email protected] before September 27 2019 - The abstract should be informative and structured.It should have maximum 300 words. It should be written in French, or in English.
LAYOUT OF THE SUMMARY ON PLAIN PAPER:1 • Font: Times New Roman 11 body, single line spacing; with the exception of special characters, Greeks or mathematics, for these, use the Symbol font or write them in all letters.2 • All text must be entered in lower case, justified to the left (only the first letter of each sentence is entered as uppercase).3 • The title should clearly indicate the subject of the work and contain no abbreviation.4 • Under the title, put the first name and the names of the authors and their institutions, city and country.5 • The text must be presented clearly, without citations, without the addition of graphics, tables, or figures. Abbreviations may be used provided that they are explained at their first appearance in the text. A number starting a sentence must be written in full. 6 • Indicate 2 key words.
These abstracts will be distributed at the Congress of the SFP.Abstracts will be selected for free communication session or posters, depending of the number.Authors are also invited to write an article in extenso on their subject, article to be published in the journal of the SFP, "PHLEBOLOGIE-Annales vasculaires".This article should be written in French or in English.You have to be registered for your abstract to be definitively accepted.If your abstract is retained you benefit from a presentation in Free communications sessions on Friday December 6.

WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?Flash sequence is a presentation lasting up to 90 seconds, many of which can be found on our website. This is a (free) opportunity available to all SFP (Société Française de Phlébologie) members, including sponsors, to send a message which should by no means be a promotional message.
SUBJECTThe subject must be related to Phlebology, providing scientific, practical or technical data, Tips and Tricks...
OBJECTIVESTo enable SFP members to convey short messages, innovative ideas or aids and improvements to the current practice... To enable commercial companies to convey useful messages, to make a scientific or technical contribution, to create emulation between competitors and to nurture the partnership.
CANDIDATES1 • SFP member surgeons or physicians2 • Representatives of the SFP sponsoring industry
Participation is free, but the author must be a member of the SFP or and for industrialists, partners of the SFP congress. The author must register for the December SFP conference.
FORMATPossible formats are a ppt presentation with automated transitions (preferably 16:9 format), or better still a video, an animation or a commented video, for a maximum of 90 seconds. Background music may be used provided it is copyright-free. Music references must appear at the beginning or end of the flash sequence. In case of a flash sequence made by a sponsor, only the presence of the sponsor’s logo is authorized at the beginning and end of the flash sequence. The author remains exclusively responsible for the informative and scientific content of his flash sequence.
WHERE AND WHEN TO SEND THE FLASH SEQUENCEPrior to the congress, the Flash sequences should be sent to the following address: [email protected] 2019, the deadline to send flash sequences is October 7, 2019Use Wetransfer© to easily send and receive files.
PROCEDUREA technical committee will be tasked with validating the conformity of the flash sequence according to the criteria set out above. In case of refusal, the author will be informed and will be able to bring his flash sequence into conformity. However, the deadline also applies to corrected flash sequences.An SFP committee will then be assigned to select “nominated sequences”, which will be projected in a special session, the “FLASH SEQUENCES FESTIVAL”, during the congress. The SFP committee will also award two jury prizes.

The next edition of the annual conference of the SFP will take place from 5 to 7 December 2019 at the Pullman Paris Center Bercy, under the presidency ofJean-Jérôme Guex and with the presence of many guests of honor, including Professor André van Rij de Nouvelle Zealand.
We will pay tribute to Prof. FA Allaert, former Vice President of the SFPand Editor-in-Chief of our Phlebology journal, who passed away abruptly last June.
This year we host the Venous Forum of the Royal Society of Medicine and a Franco-Russo-Polish session, which always show our commitment to the International.Dense and varied sessions promise you exciting discussions and rich interventions: news on venous thrombosis, wounds healing, glue in phlebology, phlebology and aesthetics, the man in phlebology, progress and future in phlebology, pelvic congestion syndrome, good practices, good indications in phlebology, sclerosis and thrombosis, perforating, hemorrhoids, optimized management of thermal ablation and its complications, haemorrhagic rupture of varices ...Also note the first meeting of NRTCP UEMS on Saturday, December 7th.
