Entering Job Elements for a Standard Job
Trigger:
Concept
You can create both standard and non-standard discrete jobs. Standard jobs control the material,
resources, and operations required to build an assembly and collect its manufacturing costs. The
bill of material for an assembly defines the resources, material, routing path, and departments
charged to the job.
In this topic, you will use the Discrete Jobs page to define job elements and create a discrete job.
