ALL WORK NEEDS TO BECOORDINATED WITH THE OVERALL PROJECT CONCEPT.
3. CONSTRUCTION MUST BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH GUIDELINES FOR REHABILITATIONOF HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND AS APPROVED BY STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES.ALL CONTRACTORS SHALL COORDINATE ACCORDINGLY.
4. ALL CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL COORDINATE WITH THEENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM. COORDINATE ENVIRONMENTAL VENT RISERS WITHENVIRONMENTAL DRAWINGS AND ENGINEER FOR SIZES, SPECIFICATIONS, & ACCESSPOINTS. ALL THROUGH SLAB PENETRATIONS NEED TO BE COORDINATED WITHENVIRONMENTAL DRAWINGS, SEE SUB SLAB COORDINATION PLAN.
5. COORDINATE ALL SUB-SLAB PLUMBING WORK WITH PLUMBING DRAWINGS6. COORDINATE FINAL LOCATIONS OF ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMERS WITH ELECTRICAL
CONTRACTOR.7. COORDINATE ALL STRUCTURAL WORK WITH STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS.8. COORDINATE ENTRANCE ELEVATION, DUE TO RAISED SLAB, WITH CIVIL DRAWINGS &
PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AT NORTH WEST CORNER OF BUILDING.9. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE TO FACE OF FINISH UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.10. PLUMBING FIXTURE LAYOUTS ARE BASED ON FIXTURES AS DEPICTED ON
DRAWINGS. IF SIZES VARY FROM THIS SIZE, COORDINATE FIXTURE SIZE ANDLOCATION WITH PROJECT MANAGER.
