Microsharing in the Workplace
TODAY
• Enterprise microsharing is slowly moving toward achieving its full potential since buyers do not understand the value proposition. It currently takes a time investment to truly understand Twitter and similar microsharing tools.
PREDICTIONS
• Enterprise microsharing adoption is gated by Twitter adoption. As more people use Twitter, more people may use a twitter-clone in the workplace.
• Microsharing becomes a more common feature of enterprise tools, but not a stand alone tool itself.

• Organizations spend 5% of their learning budgets to support “informal learning,” 15% on mentoring programs, and 80% on formal learning.
PREDICTION
• Companies will spend more their budgets to support informal learning: from 5% to 35%, changing mentoring from 15% to 25%, and reducing formal learning budgets from 80% to 40%.
