PROGRAMME OPTIONS

1. Through purchase of real estateTheMountCinnamonResort iscurrently theonlyoption in the Grenada programme and this isavailablebyinvitationonly.ApplicantscanobtainapartmentsinthisapprovedprojectthroughasmallnumberoflocalRealEstateAgents.Theminimuminvestmentis250000USD,whichissufficientfora50%shareinaonebedroomapartment.

2. Larger investment in the Grenadian economyInvestmentsinexcessofUS$2000000,withnoupperlimit,allowtheapplicanttoqualifyforcitizenship.This investmentcanbemadefor largerbespokevillasorothertypesofcommercialinvestments.Inthiscasespousesandchildrenunder25yearsofagemayalsoapplyforcitizenship.

3. Donation to the National Transformation FundDonationstotheNationalTransformationFundviathe Grenada Economic Investment Programme(GEIP) require an investment of US$ 200 000. Inthiscasethedonationisnon-refundable.Thisisatwo-stepprogramme;firstly,applicantswillobtainaGrenadianResidencePermit,afterwhich theycanapply for naturalisationas the second step.This is a quicker option, as the application forcitizenshipcanbeapprovedwithin60days.

THE PROCESS

Timeframe:Theprocessingofapplicationsforcitizenshipandpassport will be completed within three to fivemonths.

1.Upon receivingtheapplicationandthe legal,consultancy and due diligence fees, we willprovide a set of detailed guidance documentsfortheapplicanttosignaformalagreementwiththem.

2. After receipt of the completed form, all thedocumentsandsignedagreements,theapplicantshouldtransferthesaidgovernmentalfeestothedesignatedaccount.

3.WhentheGrenadagovernmentapprovestheapplication,theapplicantwillbenotified,andtherequiredinvestmentamountofUS$200000totheNationalTransformationFundwillneedtobepaidtotherelevantdepartment.

4. Issue of a citizenship certificate, permanentresidencecertificateandpassport
