� Hologram adalah gambaran 3 dimensiyang tercipta dgn menginteraksikansumber-sumber cahaya.
� Apabila sebuah hologram dibagi/dipotong, setiap bagiannya(sekecil apapun) menunjukkankeseluruhan yang utuh.
� Sedangkan apabila gambar (non-hologram) dibagi/dipotong maka setiapbagian menunjukkan hanya sebagian darikeseluruhan gambar.

� Bacalah kasus yg tersedia, dan pahami problematika yg terjadi!
� Setelah membaca kasus tsb, Anda diminta bekerja dalam 3 kelompok:
o Klp 1: merepresentasikan Duck Tours;o Klp 1: merepresentasikan STB (Singapore Tourism Board);o Klp 1: merepresentasikan LTA (Land Transport Authority).
� Tugas masing2 kelompok adalah sbb:
o Identifikasikan kepentingan perusahaan / instansi Anda;o Identifikasikan kesulitan / dilema apa yg timbul jika Anda bersikukuh dengan
kepentingan perusahaan / instansi;o Solusi apa saja yg Anda tawarkan thd masalah tsb, dan apakah solusi tsb dapat
diterima oleh pihak lain?
� Refleksi semua kelompok: bagaimanakah Kepemimpinan Visioner dapatmenjamin pencapaian tujuan / visi bersama dan mengurangi fragmentasi antarpihak?
