Dr. Surabhi Singh

Dr. Surabhi Singh has an experience of around 11.8 years in academics, eight years in the

industry, and an ardent researcher; she is currently associated with IMS Ghaziabad as Associate

Professor-Mktg. She is associated with Global Conferences in their program Review/advisory

Committees. She has been an active member of various Professional Organizations. She has

received around 20 awards and accolades in various national and international forums. She has a

keen interest to work in the areas of Women Empowerment and Social Upliftment.

Ms. Karuna Singh

My name is Karuna Singh, and I have done MSc in physics and B.Ed.I am an author and a teacher. I run

my academy with the name of the study point. I love to teach and nurture the minds of young India. My

hobbies include swimming, dancing, making desserts, and knitting.

Dr. Vinita Gupta-Council member

Dr. Vinita Gupta is Professor and HOD of Journalism & Mass Communication, Maharaja

Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, Rohini, Delhi. She has an experience of more than a

decade in the teaching of media. She is an author and loves to work for the social causes.

I am Silky Mahajan from Delhi. I am an HR professional, worked for around 6 yrs in this field. I am very

happy to become a part of WICCI.

She is a freelance trainer and loves to work for social causes. Her hobbies include gardening and cooking.

I am Ms. Jasmandeep Kaur, Sr.Assistant Professor in Ideal Institute of Management and

Technology, Delhi, working around ten years in the profession of Teaching and Academics. I am

thrilled and grateful to be a part of WICCI. Hoping that together we will do good work for

society and academicians.

I am Amita Goyal from Ghaziabad and a technical writer by profession. I am interested in

contributing to social activities such as the Swachh Bharat mission, environmental protection,

bringing health to needy, women empowerment, and similar causes.

I am Yashika Dua Banking professional in Delhi working around 5years in the profession of

banking .I am very happy to be a part of WICCI.

Dr. Megha Sharma-Council Member

I am Dr. Megha Sharma, Associate Professor in Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad,

working around 15 years in the profession of Teaching and Academics. I am very happy to be a

part of WICCI.

Dr. Mahua D Banerjee-Council Member

I am Mahua D. Banerjee (Ph.D.) currently working with special needs children in California, USA, and

also pursuing my unique education teaching credential program from Santa Clara County of

Education, CA. Before moving to the USA in 2018, I worked in Management schools as a Professor,

Researcher, Editor of Journal, and in NGOs as project coordinator and consultant for 17 years. Besides

teaching PGDM and MBA students, I have worked in projects funded by govt. And corporate in the areas

of health, women empowerment, and micro-credit in slums of Delhi, tribal welfare in Bastar, etc.My

dream project is to build a school for special needs children (physically and mentally challenged or

differently able) in India.

Ms Pooja Singh is Deputy HR head in Sumitomo Corporation. She loves to travel and work for

the society.

Ms Roohi Sultan-Council Member

Ms Roohi Sultan is a teacher in junior wing in Delhi Public School. She believes in fitness of

body and the mind. Her hobbies include listening to music and socializing.

Ms Sweety Singh-Council Member

She is an Experienced Engineer & MBA professional with a demonstrated history of working in the

education management industry. She is a professional with international experience. She has successfully

executed Training and placement activities in India and abroad. Sweety specializes in creating clarity,

vision and action towards tangible results, especially in complex, uncharted areas. She leverages her

global and local network to converge the right mix of people, tools, and personalized support together to

forge powerful paths forward. She builds authentic relationships and forges lasting partnerships for

positive transformation.

Sweety has a B-Tech and Master’s of business administration degree with more than 15 years of

experience. Prior to joining Doon Business School Dehradun, she worked with Jaipuria School of

Business, Sharda University – Greater Noida, JRE Group Raffles University, Sharda Group and youth

polytechnics in Kenya.

Dr Anjali Rai- Ghaziabad City Council Member

Dr. Anjali Rai, Ph.D., (HR) currently working as Assistant Professor, IMS Ghaziabad is having more than

10 years of teaching and research experiences in the field of HR.

Ms. Romana Syed-Ghaziabad Council Member

I'm Romana. I'm a Senior Research Associate in a Data Analytics Company, Capital Markets Division.

I've been in this profession since the past 8 years and I enjoy my work! Its lovely to be a part of WICCI

and I hope to work together towards building a better society.

Ms Samiksha Singh Jaiswal- Council member

Ms Samiksha Singh is teacher and she is optimistic, hardworking and would like to do something for the

society.

I am Yashdeep Kaur Deol from Indirapuram. I am a Finance professional, working for around 8 yrs in

corporate sector. Currently employed with Honda Cars India Ltd.

I have completed my B.com Accounts (Honours) and was a Gold Medalist in PGDM (Finance &

Marketing).
