Radu Florea is Head of Benchmarking and Data Analysis within The KPI Institute, the global authority on Key Performance Indicators research and education.In the last four years, Radu has been involved in various
HR processes from diagnosis programs, human resources audit programs, systems and process mapping, assessment centers and KPI design.
Also, Radu is proficient in psychological testing as he has conducted a number of over 300 assessments (including aptitude, personality, and job compatibility tests)
He is proficient in designing survey instruments, processing and interpreting statistical data and production benchmarking studies. He has managed the implementation of benchmarking surveys that included more than 30 companies from the automotive industry, in addition to implementing organizational surveys for approximately 40 companies, each with over 200 employees each.
As a facilitator, Radu has deployed training sessions on subjects such as time management, leadership, communication, project management and culture alignment, mainly for companies in the production industry. He has also facilitated team building programs with over 100 participants.
Licensed in Psychology and Sociology, Radu also owns a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, and a PHD (in progress) in Organizational Change.

Any withdrawals have to be announced at least two weeks before the beginning of the course, through fax or e-mail. In this situation, the attendance fee will be refunded, less $400 retained for administrative expenditure.
The attendance fee will not be refunded if the withdrawal from the course takes place less than 2 weeks before its start date. If you fi d yourself in the impossibility to attend the course after the registration process is already completed you may delegate another person to attend the course in your place without any further fees charged. If you have confi med and made the attendance fee payment but you didn’t attend the course, the course attendance fee will not be refunded.
If you attend the course only partially (one day or a limited number of sessions), you will not benefit from any attendance fee reduction or refund.
