Hi Division 4!
Have you all been keeping up with your new year’s resolu-
tions? Enjoying the lovely cold weather? Are your clubs
planning anything fun for the upcoming months?
I sincerely hope all of you had a wonderful winter break
and have been keeping warm lately. Also to all those who
had exams these past weeks, I hope they went well and
that you experience a good start to the new semester.
DCON is fast approaching. It’s hard to believe that it’s al-
ready been nearly ten months since DCON 2013.

Be sure to check out the ECD website to download the DCON Section-A package to get more infor-
mation on DCON, and Section-B package to get all you need if you plan on running for a board po-
sition.
With DCON around the corner, we will be having our Division 4 Mid-Winter Rally soon, which is when
LG elections and board endorsement elections will be done.
If you or anyone you know is interested in running for a position or endorsement, it’s important that
they get in contact with me. In the upcoming weeks, more information will be released, so keep an
eye on your email and the Facebook groups.
Good luck to everyone for the upcoming month! I look
forward to hearing about what you all have planned and
anticipate seeing pictures.

Hey Eastern Canada District Key Clubbers!
There's always a story to tell when you're a part of the community. Some stories may be funny, others ex-
citing, and a few may turn out to be awe-inspiring. But what makes a great story even better? Sharing it, of
course!
We want to hear from you--tell us about your favourite Key Club memory or experience that has made you
proud to be a Key Clubber. The videos you send may be featured in a promotional video for Key Club titled
"Key Moments".
If you are interested in participating, please send in your 15 second clips to [email protected] by Feb-
ruary 7th, 2014 to participate. We hope to see all of your wonderful stories!
In the e-mail please make sure to include:
1. Your first name and last name initial (For example, Bob Adams would be Bob A.)
2. The name of your Key Club
Video requirements:
1. Make sure the video file is less than 25MB in size and is no longer than 15 seconds.
2. We accept the following video extensions: .wmv, .avi, .mp4, and .mpeg.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are less than 18 years of age, please make sure you have parental consent before
participating in this initiative.

School and the Kiwanis Club of
Charlottetown invite your club to at-
tend Eastern Canadian Key Club's
District Convention in Charlottetown,
P.E.I. DCON 2014 will run from April
11 to 13, 2014 (though groups travel-
ling from afar should consider arriv-
ing on Thursday, April 10).
Faculty advisors are responsible for
registering their students, as well as
the faculty and Kiwanis chaperones. So members, let your advisors know your interested in
going, and don’t try to register yourself.
Early bird registration is $185 until February 15th. Regular registration price is $200.
An optional charity dance called the Eliminate Dance will be hosted on Saturday and costs
$10 is you pay online, or $15 at the door.
DCON 2014 will be held at the Delta Prince Edward. Feel
