It is equipped with optimum adhesive abilities in every kind of traditional supports and it has good water-proofing characteristics. It is allowed to apply it to lay-ers of 5mm. the strengthening is uniform, no shrink-age and layer holes. Classified according to EN12004, category C1.

APPLICATION AREAAppropriate for the ceramics tiles, gres porcelain, and ce-ment based floors for exterior and interior environments. Elasticizing In order to lay tiles in unstable surfaces as a result of the swelling or contraction or of vibration such as gypsum tiles, terraces, balconies, etc. it is necessary that 25kg of tiles’ adhesive DW 1000 be elasticized by adding 5-6kg FLEXIT (read technical data FLEXIT page 119) and the amount of water depending on the workability demand.

Preparation of the supportCement based supportsCement based traditional supports must have a maturation time of 28 days at a temperature of 23°C and U.R 40%. The supports must be flat and stable according to the use pur-pose. The support where the product will be applied must be clean without foreign substances such as: paints, oils, varnishes, material anti adhesives. Cleaning can be done mechanically or manually. Water must be sprayed on the

support before applying the adhesives in order to have the necessary time of drying.

Tiles laying It is recommended that initially the product laying on the support be implemented with the straight part of the com-modity and later with the serrated part in order to obtain the best application of the product and a good and uniform spread in the whole surface. The product can be applied with an appropriate commodity depending on the type and dimensions of the tiles. It is recommended to use pressure after laying the tiles in a way that the back part be wet to-tally. In particular conditions such as high temperatures or strong winds, sun or support which strongly absorb water and have a negative effect in the product’s performance can lower significantly the time of spreading and correction and in order to avoid such problems it is recommended that the support be sprinkled with water before applying the adhesive or be treated with the liner DW PRIMER. It is important to check whether the adhesive has formed a membrane before laying the tiles. In such a case it is necessary spreading the adhesive in order to reactivate its adhesive characteristic. It is to avoid water in the adhesive substances which have created a membrane (solidified) because in a case like this an anti adhesive layer is formed. In the case of laying tiles and of floors in the outdoor envi-ronments especially in the case when the back part of the tiles is of relief it is advisable that the adhesive substance be spread even in the back part of the tiles and in the sup-port too in order to avoid the creation of cavity in which water may penetrate or humidity may form what actually would cause breaking and removal of the tiles.

Elasticizing Tiling the non-stable surfaces as a result of shrinkage and swelling or vibrations as the gypsum tiles, terraces, balco-nies etc. Is necessary that 25 kg of tiles’ sticking material DW1100 be elasticized by adding 5-6 kg FLEXIT (read the technical data page 119) and the quantity of water accord-ing to the workability requirement.

The preparation of the supportCement- based supportsThe traditional cement based supports must have an ap-propriate maturation time of 28 days at a temperature of 23°c and U.R 40%. The supports must be flat and stable according to the function of usage. The support where the product will be applied must be clean with no foreign substances such as: paints, oils, varnishes, anti adhesive

material. Cleaning is done mechanically or manually. The support should be sprayed with water before applying the adhesive material in order to allow proper drying time.

The tiles flooring In order to have the best application of the product as well as obtaining a good and uniform spread in the whole sur-face, it is recommended that the flooring of the product over the support be done with the straight part of the com-modity and later with the serrated part. The product must be applied with an appropriate commodity in accordance to the type and size of the tiles. It is recommended that after flooring the tile the back side of it be pressured in order that it gets totally wet. Under special conditions such as high temperature or strong winds, sun or high water ab-sorbing supports which have a bad effect in the product’s performance and can even lower the spreading and cor-rection time. In order to avoid such problems it is recom-mended that the support be spread with water before ap-plying the adhesive material or be treated with the primer DW PRIMER. However it is important to check whether the adhesive has formed the membrane before flooring the tiles. In such a case it is necessary to spread again the adhesive material in order to reactivate its adhesive charac-teristic. It is to avoid the contact of water with the adhesive material which has created a membrane ( it is solidified) be-cause in such a case it is formed an anti adhesive layer. In the case of coatings and exterior flooring especially when the back part of the tiles has relief it is advisable that the adhesive material be spread in the back part of the tile as well and over the support in order to avoid she shaping of cavities where water can penetrate or humidity take place which at a later time may cause tile’s breaking or removal.

Cement based sdhesive of high performance, no verti-cal slipping rate and long time of spreading. Ideal for welding tiles in facades.

Technical Characteristics Powder adhesive with optimal sticking abilities in surfaces of low absorption and deformation. It is water resistant and it has zero vertical slippery rate. It is appropriate espe-cially for non absorbing tiles, floors subject of continuous traffic and for flooring over tiles. It is appropriate for interior and exterior usage. Classified according to EN 12004, Category C2TE.

Application area It is appropriate for the ceramic tiles’ welding, clinker, monocotto, bicotto and natural stones on walls and ce-ment based floors for interior and exterior environments characterized of high rate of humidity, for the ceramic tiles welding in balconies and terraces, for the welding of tiles on floors of high traffic, and for flooring tiles over tiles. For the flooring of tiles on materials made of natural stone, over plasterboard, wet environments and flooring tiles on floors with central heat system it is necessary to reinforce with the additive FLEXIT.

Elasticizing Flooring with tile the unstable surfaces because of shrink-

age and inflation or vibrations as in the case of prefabricat-ed concrete tiles, gypsum tiles, wooden floors or surfaces, central heat system floors, terraces, balconies, fountains or small pools, metallic surfaces etc it is necessary that 25kg of tiles’ adhesive material DW3000 be elasticized by adding 5-6kg FLEXIT ( read the technical data flexit page 119).

The preparation of the support Cement based supports Traditional cement based supports must have a maturation time of 28 days at a temperature of 23˚ and U.R 40%. The supports must be flat and stable according to the purpose of usage. The support where the product will be applied must be clean and out of foreign materials such as: paints, oilsm varnishes, anti adhesive materials . The cleaning is done mechanically or manually. The support must be sprayed with water before the adhesive material be applied in order to provide the necessary drying time.

Tiles Flooring It is necessary that for a correct application of DW 3000 applying a light layer of adhesive material with a serrated comb, then apply the adhesive material with a serrated commodity appropriate for the required thickness of the layer, for the severity of the support and for the type of the tile which will be welded. Press carefully the tile after it has been floored in a way that the back part be wet totally. Special conditions such as strong wind, high temperature, strong sun or high water absorbing supports may reduce the spreading and correction time in a few minutes. It is recommended that the support be wet before applying the adhesive material. However it is important to check

whether the adhesive material has formed the membrane before flooring the tiles. In such a case it is necessary to spread again the adhesive material in order to reactivate its adhesive characteristic. It is to avoid the contact of water with the adhesive material which has created a membrane (it is solidified) because in such a case it is formed an anti adhesive layer. In the case of exterior walls and floors es-pecially when the back part of the tile is too much struc-tured or is a clinker tile, terracotta etc spread the adhe-sive material in the back part as well in order to avoid the unfilled holes where water can penetrate or humidity be condensed as this may cause the removal or breaking of the tiles in time of freezes.

The preparation of mixtures Mix 25 kg DW Extension with 10 liters of water through an electric mixer of 500 rotations per minute until obtaining a homogenous mass. The mass should be left for 5 minutes and be mixed again before using it. The obtained mass is ready for use in about 2-3 hours.

The preparation of the support Cement based floors The cement based floors must have a normal maturation of 28 days at a temperature of +23°C and U.R 50%. The sup-ports must be flat and stable, dimensionally and mechani-cally resistant according to the purpose of usage, clean of oil remaining, oils or varnishes, wax and anti adhesive ma-terials. The cleaning of oils, varnishes, wax or anti adhesive materials must be realized mechanically or manually. The supports must be dry enough: in case of humidity the ad-hesive may slow down the process of solidifying.

Plasters The plasters must be matured at least once a week for 1 cm thickness. The supports must be perpendicular and mechanically resistant according to the purpose of usage, without friable pieces and free of oils, varnishes, wax and anti adhesive materials. The cleaning of oils, varnishes, wax and anti adhesive materials must be realized manually or mechanically. The supports must be dry enough: in case of humidity the adhesive may slow down the process of solidifying. Flooring the tiles It is recommended to initially spread a light layer of the adhesive material with a free commodity for a correct ap-plication of the DW Extension. Then start applying the ad-hesive material with a serrated commodity appropriate for the layer’s thickness you want to have, depending on the tiles format and its back side configuration. Special environmental conditions: sun raises, strong wind, high temperature or high absorbing supports may reduce in a drastic way the spreading and correction time. In order

to prevent such problems it is advised to wet the support before flooring the adhesive. However it is necessary that the adhesive be verified not to be solidified. In case it is solidified the adhesive must be spatulated in order to reac-tivate the adhesiveness.

Cement based adhesive for flooring the clinker tiles, terracotta, gres and traditional tiles

Technical characteristicsCement based powder like adhesive, selected granulom-etry sand, synthetic resins and special additives. Long duration of workability, very good adhesiveness, good spreading and very good water retention. Appropriate for flooring tiles in not very good leveled sur-facesAppropriate for welding clinker tiles, terracotta, gres and traditional tiles in interior and exterior environments in sup-ports with high rate of irregularities

Elasticizing In order to floor the unstable surfaces because of shrink-age and inflation or vibrations such as in the case of pre-fabricated concrete tiles, gypsum tiles, terraces, balconies, metallic surfaces etc (read the technical data in page 119).

The mixture preparation Mix 6.5-7 liters of clean water with 25 kg of product; the obtained mass is recommended to be mixed with an elec-tric mixer with low number of rotations until a homogenous mass of a certain viscosity and free of grains is formed. The obtained mass is left at rest for 10 minutes and it is recommended to be mixed again before use. The work-ability time of the mixture is 5-6 hours.

The Preparation of the Support Cement based supports Traditional cement based supports must have a matura-tion time of 28 days at a temperature of 23°C and U.R 40%. The supports must be flat and stable according to the purpose of usage. The support where the product will be applied must be clean and out of foreign substances such as paints oils, varnishes and anti adhesive materials. The cleaning is done mechanically or manually. The support must be sprayed with water before applying the adhesive material in such a way that it gives enough time to dry.

The tiles flooring For a correct application of DW GRANDFIX it is recom-mended that initially be spread a light layer of the adhesive with a free commodity. Then start applying the adhesive with a serrated commodity appropriate for the layer’s thick-ness you want depending on the tile’s format and on the configuration of its back side. Special environmental conditions: strong sun rays, strong winds, high temperatures or high absorbing supports may reduce in a drastic way the spreading and correction time. In order to prevent such problems it is advised to wet the support before applying the adhesive material or treat it with DW Primer. It is important however to check before flooring the tiles that the adhesive material be not solidi-fied. In case it is, the adhesive material must be respatu-lated in order to reactivate the adhesiveness.

In order to place tiles in un-stable supports it has to be reinforced with the FLEXIT ad-ditive.

Elasticizing In order to floor tiles on the unstable surfaces , as a result of shrinkage and inflation or vibrations e.g. the prefabricated concrete plates, gypsum tiles or wood surfaces, metallic surfaces etc. It is appropriate that 25 kg tiles’ adhesive DW URBAN 40 be elasticized by adding 5-6kg Flexit ( read the technical data FLEXIT page 119) and the quantity of wateraccording to the workability requirements.

The support preparation Cement based supports Traditional cement based supports must have a maturation time of 28 days at a temperature of 23°C and U.R.40%. The support where the product will be applied must be clean, out of foreign substances such as paints, oils, var-nishes, anti adhesive materials etc. The cleaning is done manually or mechanically. The support must be sprayed with water before applying the adhesive material in a such a way that it gives time to the frying period.

Flooring the tiles For a correct application of the DW Urban 40 initially ap-ply a light layer of the adhesive with a slightly serrated comb and then apply the adhesive material with an ap-propriate serrated commodity for the required thickness of the layer, for the rigidity of the support and for the type of the tile that will be floored. After flooring the tile sup-press it carefully in such a way that its back side be totally wetted. Special weather conditions such as strong wind, high temperatures or high water absorbing supports may significantly reduce the spreading and correction time in some minutes. In order to make this problem slight it is

recommended to wet the support before applying the adhesive material. Check whether the adhesive material has formed a membrane before flooring the tile. In such a case spread again the adhesive in order to reactivate its adhesive power. Avoid totally the contact of water with the adhesive material which has formed a membrane as this may form an anti adhesive layer. In the outer walls and floors, especially in the cases when the back side of the tile is very much structured or is a clinker tile, terracotta etc. spread the adhesive material. At the same time in order to avoid the cavities at the back side of the tile, where water can penetrate or humidity may condensate, as this may cause the removal or breaking at freezing time.

DW Conexion 99 serves for welding and then for flattening all the types of panels usually used for the realization of capote thermo isolating systems, such as poly-styrene, polyurethane, stone wool, glass wool, graffiti, mineral fibers in brick walls, concrete or cement based mortar. DW Conexion 99 is a grey or white material pre-pared, of Portland cement based of high quality, carbonic sand stone of a selected granulometry, synthetic resins and special additives which improve the workabil-ity, adhesiveness in difficult surfaces and increase the level of the hydrophobic of reinforced mortar against rain. DW Conexion 99 is ideal for exterior facades and for interior environments. The flattening of the panels must be done two times by combining them putting the glass- fibers- based nets resistant against alkaline.

They are necessary to fix the polysterene with the support. Their size must be 5 cm more than the thickness of the thermo isolation panel . The UPA used in the thermo isolation system are of 2 types. - Plastic UPA - Metallic UPA

It is characterized of very good spreading and workability, very high coverage. It facilitates the application on exterior and interior surfaces filled with mortar and prepared traditional mortar. Appropriate for the realization of the refinishes of the surfaces filled with traditional mortar or cement-limestone based prepared mortar. It can be covered in paint or with other mineral and synthetic nature coatings.

The mesh is made of glass fibers; it is incombustible and provides connection be-tween the adhesive material and thermo isolation panel for a maximal stability in the thermo isolation system. It is advisable that the optimum net for this system be 145gr/m2 or 160gr/m2 with a size of 4*4.5mm.Schematic presentation of the thermo isolation system

Decorative coating made of marble sand, resistant to atmospheric agents of very good hydro isolation abilities. Because of the new formula it does not allow the dust and dirt to stay on wall by getting self cleaned very easy. It allows the walls penetrability of vapour by forming a stable structure. It is char-acterized of a very good workability and spreading. The product is easy to apply.

Liquid material of white colour, incombustible used to treat the flat surfaces which will alter be painted with paint or coated decoratively. It is used for interior and ex-terior environments. It can be easily applied with a roller or brush. It creates a very good isolation and connection of the treated surfaces with the decorative layer. Tecnofix Liquid reduces significantly the absorbing ability of surfaces to water. Before the final product is applied on the support wait for at least 12 hours for Tecnofix Liquid to get dry. It is packed in buckets of 5k and 20 kg.

DW Conexion 77 serves for welding all the types of panels usually used for the realization of theromo isolating systems capote, such as polystyrene, polyure-thane, graffiti, mineral fibers in brick walls, concrete or cement based mortar. DW Conexion 77 is a grey material prepared , of Portland cement based of high qual-ity, carbonic sand stone of a selected granulametry, synthetic resins and special additives which improve the workability, adhesiveness in difficult surfaces and grow the level of the hydrophobicity of reinforced mortar against rain.

The thermo isolation panels of this system have polysterene components. The polysterene, solid material in the form of foam is of EPS-F model (expanded poly-styrene), 17-25 kg/m³, incombustible. This type of polysterene can be easily carved by profiting very quick the desired shape and it offers optimum cost compared to the cost of other isolations.

DW Conexion 77 is a grey material prepared , of Portland cement based of high quality, carbonic sand stone of a selected granulametry, synthetic resins and special additives which improve the workability, adhesiveness in difficult surfaces and grow the level of the hydrophobicity of reinforced mortar against rain.

The preparation of the surfaces The supports must be compact, seasoned, without broken oils, paints or removing parts. It is to verify that bricks be sewn well and do not have parts that can break. If there is, remove these parts and repair the mortar surface. The walls coated with grout should be scratched to verify if the surface below it is painted with old paints not well weld-ed or detachable parts. Dusty surfaces should be treated with TECNOFIX liner LIQUID. The superficial cracks can be caulked with DW Conexion 77, whereas the deep structur-al cracks must be treated in a way to eliminate the causes and not repeat them again. In case when the surface is not totally flat or straight it is to flatten it or straighten it by using Tecnofix.

Welding (sticking) It is necessary to fix metal profiles leveled holder before you start soldering the panels, in order to have a more regular placement. For applications on irregular surfaces, such as unplastered brick wall, the adhesive material is ap-plied by trowel locating it as a line bar on the sides of the panel and some points in its center (or forming an X in the center of the panel) with shims in order to compensate the disparities. For applications in flat surface is advisable to open the adhesive throughout the surface of the panel via a serrated commodity (from 8 to 10 mm). It is to take care that the covered surface from the adhesive material be at least 40% of the total surface of the panel. The panels should be put horizontally upside-down. GROUTS FOR JOINTS

Cement based grouts, with selected granulometry and high stability against water; it serves for filling the joints from 3 to 20 mm

Technical Characteristics Cement based powder like material, natural stone powder, synthetic resins, special hydrophobic additives , colouring pigments with high resistant to alkali and detergents. It is resistant to light and it has the ability to preserve its original colour. Based on the classification EN 13888 it belongs to the CG2 class. It is characterized of: Very good workability and spreadingEasy to cleanIt provides a smooth surfaceWater resistant High resistance to bases (alkali) and detergentsResistant to erosion Resistant to UV raysIt prevents the process of fluorescence Available in 24 colours

SpecificationsStuccos used for filling the fuges on the floor and walls with the size of 3-20mm must be plastered with resistant to wa-ter cement based Megafuga type fillers (with an absorbing of water less than 2 according to the rate EN 13888).

Field of Use Megafuga 3-20 mm is used in the following cases: Fuge’s plastering between porous ceramic tiles, monocot-to, bicotto, gres porcelain and natural stone at a space of 3-20mm. For the plastering of the floors and the exterior coatings when an increase of the impenetrability, elasticity and mechanical force, for surfaces with vibration, for sur-faces with inflation and shrinkage ( terraces, heated floors, pools, fountains etc). Stucco Megafuga must be reinforced with 500 gr. Additive DW17 diluted with 700-1000ml water for a package of 5kg Fugacolor.

Important NotesIt must not be used for the filling of the fuges bigger than those recommended.

Recommendations Not recommended to plaster floors or walls whose sup-ports are still wet, because a wet surface can cause the formation fluorescence in fuges. This is stimulated from the migration of the soluble salts from inside to the sur-face, which brings a non homogenous spreading in the

Grouts preparation The surface covered in tiles and the space between them must be totally clean before applying the product. If the tile’s flooring has been done with an adhesive, the fuges fillings on walls must be done after 4-8 hours. Fuge’s fill-ings on floors must be done after 24-36 hours. If the tile’s flooring is done with traditional mortar, it is recommended that on walls it should be done after 2-3 days, fuge’s fillings on the floor is recommended to be done after 8-10 days. Method of Application Spaces between tiles can be easily covered with Megafu-ga 3-20mm by using a rubber spatula. It is recommended to use a container out of which we can pour the thin pre-pared stucco without the need to misuse it when filling fuges over than 5mm on the floors. Removing the remaining mass with a wet sponge at the moment that Megafuga has achieved the required stability which is obtained10-15 minutes after the product’s applica-tion.

MEGAFUGA 3-20colour of the fuges. The phenomena of the fluorescence can be present in cases when the floors of the basements storeys are not well isolated. In such cases spots or small cracks are formed in the filler’s colours. Be careful regard-ing the water to use in the mixture even a small tolerance enables the phenomena of fluorescence and changes in the colour of the stucco.

Method of preparation Pour 1-1.5 L water and 5kg of Megafuga. Mix with an elec-tric mixer of a small number of rotations until a homog-enous mass is obtained. It is recommended that the mass be left in peace for about 5 minutes and mix again before applying the product. When reinforcing the Fugacolor with the additive DW 17, initially dilute 500 gr DW17 in a container of 700-1000ml water and then pour the Fugacolor powder which we mix it the same way as above.

DescriptionFIBREN GP-70 is a cement based product, hydraulic lime-stone, specific additives and synthetic fibber which are used to make the mortar more solidified and maximal re-sistance. This product is used as an attaching material for the preparation of traditional mortar, facades restoration and damaged colon’s fixing. Its characteristics allow the usage in preparatory machineries and mortar pumping. It is a product appropriate fore interior and exterior environ-ments. It is recommended to work at temperatures be-tween +5°C up to +35°C.

Method of usage It is an easy to use product. It can have a direct usage when we doing repairs and filling damaged concrete co-lons as well as when it is used for facades’ restorations. When using it as an attaching material for the preparation of the traditional mortar mix it with sand.

In the case of direct usage mix it with water with an elec-tric mixer with slow rotations (200-300 rot/min) until a homogenous mass is formed. Then the mixture is left 5 minutes to rest and after a final mixture it is ready to use. In the case when it is used as an attaching material for the traditional mortar it is necessary to mix it with river sand or with carbonate sand. For this purpose it is necessary that 1 m3 sand be mixed with 10 sacks of FIBREN GP-70.

Elastomeric Hydro isolator

Description IZOELASTIC LIQUID is a hydro isolator painting material for terraces, composed of high elastomeric resins. It offers a high hydro isolation and elasticizing. It is characterized of very good adhesive abilities in all ce-ment based surfaces as well as those made of wood or metal bricks and over any other hydro isolation material. Usage possibility on unleveled layers. It provides high elasticizing by avoiding the creation of the cracking which may take place with time. The white color of the hydro isolator during summer helps lowering the temperature. It is hermetic but it allows the penetrability from the vapor.

Application Area IZOELASTIC LIQUID is used as a hydro isolator in terraces, balconies, walls, and at places with humidity. It is easily applied by creating thus a hydro isolation mem-brane with a high elasticity and mechanical resistance without causing cracking or shrinkage. It is easily applicable in difficult angles, joints of different materials which create fuges etc. IZOELASTIC LIQUID is not recommended to be used for the hydro isolation of underground basements.

Technical Data Type: acrylic polymer in dispersion Viscosity: 20000 ± 2000 mPa.s 23°C Density: 1,25-1,30 kg/litStretching up to the dettachment + 500%Hidroisolation 7 ATM according DcIN 1048

Application Method/ Consume The surface where the material will be applied must be clean of dust, oils etc. in order to obtain a very good hydro isolation it is recommended that the surface be hydro iso-lated with IZOELASTIC LIQUID be treated in advance with the liner HIDROPRIMER (consume 200-300 g/m2). Apply IZOELASTIC LIQUID two times with a brush or a roller, after the applied liner is dried totally in advance on the surface to be hydro isolized. The consume is aproxi-mately 0.8-1kg/ m2 depending on the surface to be hydro isolated. The second application must be applied only after the liner is totally dried. Pay attention that the second application is done in a cross shape over the first application. The places which are characterized of cracking it is recommended that the hydro isolator be reinforced from the net application with glass fibers with a density of 65-125g, which is ap-plied immediately after the first application of the hydro isolators. Then apply over the net in one or two applica-

PACKINGIZOELASTIC LIQUID is packed in plastic buckets of 4kg and 20 kg.

WARNING! It is recommended that the product be protected of freez-ing and exposure to the sun. The temperature during the application must be from +5°C up to +30°C.

IZOELASTIC LIQUIDtions of other hydro isolators. In the cases when the surface that will be hydro isolated is characterized of common cracking it is recommended that the glass fiber net be applied in the whole surface which will be hydro isolated. In this case of consume of IZOELAS-TIC LIQUID is 1.5-2kg /m2 . make sure that the net placed on the surface which will be hydro isolated must not create shrinkage but be put correctly over the surface.

Local Isolation of the Cracking Apply the liner HIDRO PRIMER in the damaged surface and at a radius of 10 cm along the cracking. Apply the first application of IZOELASTIC LIQUID after the liner is dried by adding then the reinforcing glass fiber net. Then over a net apply two other times IZOELASTIC LIQUID.

Technical Characteristics Mono componential cement based powder material with selected granulometry, synthetic resins and special addi-tives with hydrophobic qualities. The material can be mixed with water by forming a liquid and homogenous mixture. It is easily applicable with a spatula or brush. It has good adhesive abilities because of the high number of the resins it s has.

Important Data Do not use for the hydro isolation of the plastic surfaces, wooden, plasterboard or painted walls. Do not add other components such as cement, limestone etc. in the mixture. Do not apply in surfaces which have stagnant water. Do not use the product to solve interior condensation prob-lems . use the respective product for this. Reinforce the product with the additive FLEXIT in case you want a bigger elasticity.

Application FieldLaying the hydro isolation membranes before applying the interior and exterior tiles. Use it for the hydro isolation of the interior and exterior underground walls, water tanks,

toilets, terraces, balconies and fountains. Flexible protec-tion and resistant to water and humidity for the concrete surfaces and plasters. Hydro isolation and elastic levelling for the cracked plasters.

Mixture of the Preparation The material is mixed with an amount of water depend-ing on the application form. If the hydro isolator is applied with a spatula one must mix 6-7liter. In case the product is applied with a brush mix 7-8liter water for each 25kg of the product. Mix the composition with a mixer with slow rotations until a homogenous composition is formed. The mixture is left 10 minutes to rest. It is recommended to mix the composition before use.

Preparation of the Support Cement floors in balconies, terraces, toilets etc. The surface to be isolated must have an appropriate incli-nation and must not have cavities (cavities must be cov-ered with Filling Mortar to reinforce with additive LATEX after wetting with water). If there are wire or steel remain-ing which come out from the depth of the concrete or wall then they must be cut at a depth of 2-4 cm and then cover the hole as described above. WATERPROOF COATINGS IZOTRATE

CONSUME

0.75 kg/m2

IZOTRATE is a cement based mortar which can be ap-plied with a brush. It contains active chemicals which when in contact with humidity and limestone hy-droxide it reacts by forming insolvent crystals. These crystals block the capillary and the cracking caused inside by the shrinkage and inflation of the concrete, preventing the water absorbing.

IZOTRATE offers a number of advantages such as: It is always active protecting permanently the construction against water. It creates e perfect connection with the concrete by giving to it the desired qualities. It is capable of closing the cracking up to 400 micron , even in case they are present after application. In the cases of concrete surface’s damages or of the hy-dro isolation surface there is no effect on the construction hydro isolation. It protects the reinforced constructions with steel from the corredation .It is used to hydro isolate the water tanks or surfaces which are in direct contact with water. It does not affect the chemical processes of other ele-ments present in the concrete. It is easily used at a low cost. This product is classified as a concrete protection layer.

Application Area Concrete surface’s hydro isolation in the cases when

humidity is present and in the cases of water pressure. IZOTRATE is appropriate for the basement’s hydro isola-tion, septic water tanks as well as mainly of the founda-tions.

The Support’s Preparation Te support must be clean, out of powder and oil layer’s presence. For very smooth surfaces it is necessary to treat in advance with water with pressure to make it rough. When there is water presence it is necessary to initially isolate it. When there are obvious cracking in the concrete surfaces, it is necessary to initially close it and clean the surface. If there are pieces of wires in the applicable sur-face they must be cut to a depth of 2 to 4 cm and after the obtained hole is closed the product can be applied.

Application IZOTRATE is gradually floored at the required water amount by consistently mixing until there is a viscose mass appro-priate to apply with a brush. The surface where it can be applied must be a bit wet but it must not have accumulated water. The product must be applied in two layers which must not be more than 1mm thick in order to avoid the possible cracking. After finishing the application the sur-face must be sprayed with water for following 2-3 days in a such a way that the hydro isolating layer remains a bit wet which gradually reinforces the qualities. Spraying with wa-ter the surfaces must be done gradually after the moment that IZOTRATE has started the reinforcement. This is done on the purpose to avoid the damages. The surface is usu-ally sprayed with water 2-3 times a day. The final surface must be protected of rain and freezing.

Desription Latex is a synthetic polymer, for the improvement of ce-ment based mortars and concrete layers.

The use of Latex • Joining layer between old concrete and new concrete or mortar. • For the improvement of cement and limestone based mortar and refinishes. • It increases the adhesiveness of mortars and impenetra bility from water. • It is used for cement based hydro isolation mortars ena bling resistance to hydro static pressure. • It is used for the improvement of mortar’s resistance of the foundations. • It improves significantly the adhesiveness ability of koll rave and refinishes. • It protects the concrete surfaces from dehydration. • The use of latex increases significantly the mechanical resistance, elasticity and impenetrability from water of the cement based construction buildings.

Mortar Plasticiser

Description Plastolit is a liquid product which gives plasticity, connec-tion strength and all other limestone advantages to the ce-ment based mortar. It is the idealist layer for the produc-tion of the construction mortar, plaster, poor layers etc. It is added in the water which is poured to the mortar and because of the plasticity the water amount is lower.

Preparation Reduce the water amount by replacing limestone with Plastolit. Wall mortar and poor layers: 50g Plastolit for 25 kg of ce-ment (0.2%)For the preparation of 1 m3 mortar it is necessary to have: 225kg cement; 0.90m3 sand; Plastolit 450g. For the preparation of mortar for plastering: 75 g PLAS-TOLIT for 25 Kg cement (0.3%).For the preparation of 1 m3 mortar it is necessary to have: 0.84 m3 sand; 750g Plastolit.

Warning! Plastolit can be used within 18 months from the date of

The preparation of the support The supports where the product will be applied must be clean of any dust, fats, oils, stucco remaining, paints etc.

Application LATEX is mixed with the water and the mixing ratio de-pends on the characteristics we want to obtain from the mortar and the adhesives for tiles. The ratio mixture of La-tex with water must not be lower than 1:5. If this ratio is very low then there will be no improvement and reinforce-ment of mortar’s qualities and cement based adhesives. For the preparation of the concrete and traditional mortar, initially pour Latex and later cement and sands avoiding the creation of granular materials. Its use increases signifi-cantly the product’s workability and the drying time. All ce-ment based mortars which can be mixed with LATEX are characterized of higher adhesiveness and elasticity than mortars which are not accompanied from LATEX.

production if kept in original packing and not opened at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. Protect it from ex-posure in sun and freezing.

Plastolit has a better workability when mixed with select-ed granulometry sand. The added dose (more than 0.4 % of the cement weight) will reduce the consolidation of the mortar.

Packing: in plastic carriers, 5kg and 10 kg.
