MASS GRADING PROJECT

Sealed proposals for the follow-ing work will be received by theButler County Public Library,116 W. Ohio Street, Morgantown,Kentucky 42261, until 4:00 PM(CDT), on Thursday, July 9, 2020,for furnishing labor and materi-als and performing all work asset forth by the Advertisement,General Conditions, Specifica-tions and/or Drawings preparedby Bryant Engineering, Inc. Im-mediately following the sched-uled closing time for thereception of bids, all proposalswhich have been submitted inaccordance with the above con-ditions will be publicly openedand read aloud.

The work to be bid includesdemolition of existing site fea-tures, including a residentialstructure, and mass earthworkgrading located at 402 NorthMain Street, including all appur-tenances shown on the contractdrawing and plans.

All bidders shall be registeredbidders, which can only be ac-complished by purchasingplans and specificationsthrough one of the above of-fices.

Sealed proposals for this Con-tract shall be clearly marked onthe outside of the envelope asfollows:
