Terms: All special orders require a 50% deposit and are not refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid prior to the shipment.

Returns: Products may not be returned without prior consent. All parts will be inspected upon receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on special orders.

Design: All D&G Products are subject to design changes without prior notice.

LIMITED WARRANTY

D&G Chassis, 10851 Endeavour Way #B2, Largo, Florida 33777, Warrants to the original purchaser the racing components listed in this catalog as manufactured by D&G Chassis to be free from defects in material and workmanshipp under normal use and service. The term “original purchaser” as used in this warranty shall be deemed to mean that person to whom the D&GChassis components were originally delivered.

Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which may thus prove defective under normal use and service with in thirty (30) days from the date of sale by the original purchaser and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective.

This warranty shall be void unless within thirty (30) days from the data of sale the original purchaser must notify D&G Chassis in writing of the defect in materials and/or workmanship and return the original part if requested at the warrantor’s expense. D&G Chassis will repair or replace the defective part within thirty (30) days after the receipt of written notice of the defect.

D&G Chassis shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties EXPRESSED of IMPLIED including the warranties ofMERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR USE and all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neitherassume or authorize any person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale of these components. This warranty shall not apply to D&G Chassis components or any part thereof which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration,abuse, or misuse. We make no warranty whatsoever with respect to accessories or parts not supplied to us. This warranty shall only apply within the continental United States.

ALL D&G CHASSIS PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED FOR RACE PURPOSES ONLY AND AS SUCH ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON PUBLIC ROADS OR HIGHWAYS.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
