CULINARY

Culinary Experience• Experience multiple culinary facilities— two À la Carte and Banquet

Kitchens, a Pool Café, and Pastry Shop• Participate in culinary operations working the line, banquets, pastry, quick

service outlets, and as a garde manger• Enhance your skills in broiling, sautéing, cold prep, and baking• Learn how to work with a variety of ingredients from basic meats, poultry,

and vegetables to the most elaborate and exotic components• Prepare, cook, and expedite dishes for casual and formal À la Carte dining
