Why Reconstruct?
• Upgrade Bass Lake Road (CSAH 10) to
support area development and expansion
- Need to accommodate growing traffic volumes
- Convert 3.5 miles of two-lane roadway to
four-lane urban corridor
- Correct narrow shoulders, steep side slopes,
limit access points, improve roadway
vertical/horizontal curvature, add new facilities
for non-motorized users
