5. EXAMPLE OF COST ESTIMATION
6. CONCLUSION
1.0 INTRODUCTION1. Generally, slope remedial work will be carried
out on existing failed slope.2. Normally, the application of remedial work is
subjected to the suitability of site condition, such as the location of site, site difficulty, type offailure, soil profile, etc.
3. Thus, the cost of slope remedial at particularlocation might be differ with another location.
4. Cost estimation of the remedial work isnecessary to carried out to ensure the costapplied for the remedial in range with themarket value.
5. Cost estimation is an approximation of theprobable cost of a project on the basis ofavailable information.
6. A problem with a cost overrun can be avoidedwith a credible, reliable and accurate costestimate.

complete the work.
2. It can be divide into few category such as:
I. Site Administration Staff
II. Machine Operator
III. Skill Worker
IV. General Worker
3. Number of worker need to be estimate to
ensure the work can be carried out efficiently
and match with production required.
4. The estimation of rate of salary for the workers
involve in particular work must be in range of
current market.
