From day one the project was under intense time pressure in particular before the
Christmas and New Year holiday, resulting in very short leadtimes to find transport
and shipping solution with the shortest transit times possible to Brazil. A similar
challenge was the timely document vetting process to cater to the stringend rules &
regulations of the Brazilian authorities.

Design and control the complete supply chain from ex works factory in China to
delivered into the customers European Distribution Centers in the Netherlands and
Greece. Included is inland transportation in China and Europe by either rail or truck,
oceanfreight, export and import customs clearance as well as daily status reporting
per order.
While designing the supply chain all safety and security requirements from the client
for this high value cargo had to be taken into consideration. Our aim was to meet and
manage very tight total transit times from the factory in China to the European
Distibution Centers and to report the transport progress electronically on a daily basis.
