Community Heart Health Program for Women!Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County will be of-
fering the Strong Women- Healthy Hearts Program, a 6-week nu-trition and exercise program for women starting May 6, 2014.Sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to1:00 pm at the Spa State Park in Saratoga Springs. The programcosts $25.
These classes will include a lunch time discussion about hearthealthy eating followed by a walk in the park.
