ConfiCasa is a US corporation that together with the Mexican
Government and private entities developed the program
“RAICES” (ROOTS) that gives the opportunity to a person to
qualify for a residential mortgage loan anywhere in the county of
Mexico.
Our role and responsibilities in the program are:
• Promote the program in the United States
• Find, approve and train all the mortgages professionals that are
interested in participating in the program.
• Qualify and process all applications received affiliated reps.
• Provide Customer Service, Technical Support and collections.

“RAICES” is a Mexican government program for Mexicans living abroad, or to any individual who are Mexican descendant that lives and works in the United States.
1. Any Mexican or any Mexican descendant (Father or Mother) that lives and works in the US and has a verifiable income.
2. This same individual needs to have a relative living in Mexico (Up to third generation)
3. Similar credit requirements as a credit card
