Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality are currently both trending technologies that have captured the imaginations of masses around the world. VR, AR and MR have revolutionized the design of a new computing platform to replicate the real environment by pushing the limits of technologies in processing, sensing and displays. AR VR MR is ideal for defence sector applications to gain experience of dangerous environments from the convenience of a training room. The applications can put trainees in different situations and environments for teaching awareness, up‐skilling to provide valuable experience. VR AR healthcare applications can fully immerse the user in a simulated environment from training to surgery. The Conference will deliberate on AR, VR and MXR technologies together for providing knowledge on practical application and value propositions for utilizing the technology in defence and healthcare sector.
