one can find at the beach.
4th Paragraph
If we opt to go to the mountains, we can go to Cameron Highland, Genting Highland, Fraser
Hill or Mount Kinabalu. However, if we choose to have our vacation at the beach, Pulau
Redang, Pulau Langkawi, Pork Dickson are some of the top choices.
Conclusion

Fresh food retains its original flavor and freshness, on the contrary, canned food has
more chemicals to extend its shelf life.

Fresh food takes more time to cook and using more natural spices and flavor to make it tasty.
In contrast, canned food is easier to prepare since all ingredients are in the tin. Tinned food
is only needed to be heated.

Unlike tinned food, the cost of fresh food is more expensive since all ingredients are bought
separately. Tinned food is usually made in mass production, so the cost is lower.
Conclusion:
Compared with fresh food, canned food definitely has less nutritional value, easier to prepare and less expensive. However, the former is healthier to be consumed than the
latter.
