The practice was originally established in 1996 in Port Elizabeth by Johan Lategan, after having gained experience in Bloemfontein, Harrismith and Port Elizabeth since 1988. The company has been located in the Diamond City of Kimberley since October 1999. Our team is specialised in various fields and the current office environment merges the experience factor with the new and emerging contemporary elements that the office experiences in. We work dominantly in a 3D BIM environment to start visualizing the building in the very early stages of project inception. The individuals in the office provide a platform for innovation and dynamic group interaction.
